Malt Yeast agar dry mix. Can form precipitates with malt when sterilized that will cloud final media. Mix 1 Liter portion with one liter of distilled water and pressure cook for 20 minutes at 15 psi. Allow to cool to a safe handling temperature and pour into plates. Allow to set.
