Use 15-20 grams per liter of water for pouring media plates. Add your own ingredients for nutrients. Not for human consumption. 15 grams per liter will create a softer media that has a wetter surface, better for spore germination. 20 grams per liter will create a hard gel, good for tissue cloning and transfers.
