1 Liter Potato Dextrose Agar Dry Powder Mix

Potato dextrose agar dry mix has higher clarity then agar and is good for isolation. Mix with one liter of water and pressure cook for 15 minutes at 15 psi. Allow to cool to a safe handling temperature and pour into plates. Allow to set.
