
Potato Dextrose Yeast 41 g/L 500g
4 g/L Potato Infusion
20 g/L Dextrose
2 g/L Yeast Extract
15 g/L Bacteriological Agar
Add 41g to 1 Liter of water and pressure cook for 15 minutes. Allow to cool enough to safely handle and pour into petri dishes.
